Yes, with proper planning. Outdoor setups must be on a level surface and in a shaded area with cover. This is to both protect the equipment from the elements as well as ensure proper lighting for your photos. An indoor backup plan is required and must be available in case of weather or other unsafe conditions.

We typically require about an 10’W x10’L x 10’H space and access to a standard 110V outlet. If your venue has unique constraints, we’re happy to coordinate directly to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We ask for up to 2 hours for setup to ensure everything is styled, tested, and ready for your guests. Early access to the space is required.

If a technical issue arises, we have backup equipment on-site and will work quickly to keep the experience going. Our team is trained to resolve issues in real time with minimal interruption.

Yes, we service events throughout the Florida Keys. Service within Key West and Stock Island is included; events outside of that area require a travel fee based on location and logistics.
